Yesterday at Amravati Maharastra Govt. chief Secretary Mr.J.P.Dange said"i reach this position or i success in I.A.S. because my luck and ashirwad of Gajanan Maharaj.This is joke of that student to believe his self confidence .Many student take a coaching of building a self confidence and mangement of study, is this incorrect?or Mr. Dange was false talking.
